Victims of plane crash in Tehachapi mountains identified

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The names were released Monday for three people killed last week in a plane crash in the Tehachapi mountains. The Kern County coroner’s office identifies them as:Ruben Piranian, 74, of Granada HillsFelipe Iniguez Plascencia, 53, of WhittierMarina Villavicencio, 38, of Yorba LindaThe twin-engine Beechcraft private plane was traveling from San Luis Obispo to Los Angeles, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
