Venture capital group looks to bring more entrepreneurs to Kern County

A local group is looking to help bring in entrepreneurs and help get their startups off the ground. Kern Venture is the first angel investment fund to exist in Kern County. Kern Venture has helped fund a few businesses, such as the ones owned by Kyle Shiloh and Arleana Waller. Shiloh opened a basketball academy 9 years ago for undeserved kids in the community.
