VIDEO: Bridge collapses from 'catastrophic flooding' on Llano River in Texas

UPDATE: 10:30 a. m. AUSTIN, Texas (KEYE) - The FM 2900 bridge over the Llano River in Kingsland, Texas has collapsed due to flooding. The collapse happened around 9:15 a. m.
