Two plead guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud
Two Bakersfield residents pleaded guilty Tuesday to conspiracy to commit bank fraud by stealing identity documents from the mail and trying to open bank accounts using the identities of the people whose mail they stole.Edgar Alexander Gomez, 41, and Jennifer Grace Barthel, 36, are scheduled for Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
