Two Delano high school district employees arrested in student sex investigation
Two Delano Joint Union High School District employees were arrested Thursday in connection with an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old female student.Bobby Scott Perigo, 28, had a sexual relationship with the student, Delano police said.
