Trendy food truck dining areas legal, but regulated

Food trucks were once thought to be a passing trend. However, now they're here to stay and considered a staple by many. These days a new trend is popping up in the food truck community; dining areas. In Bakersfield many food trucks are setting up tables, chairs, and tents in front of their trucks to provide a full dining experience for their customers.
