Traffic advisories: Lane and ramp closures scheduled for this week
The outside southbound lane on Highway 99, between Ming Avenue and Wilson Road, and the southbound on-ramp from Ming Avenue will be closed Monday night, between 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for paving, the city manager's office announced Monday morning. Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
