Traffic Alert Update: Westbound lanes on Alfred Harrell Highway at Lily Drive reopened

Westbound lanes on Alfred Harrell Highway were closed for about three hours after a woman died Saturday afternoon when her car rolled over.The rollover happened shortly after 2:30 p.m. near Lily Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.
