Taft house fire under investigation
The Kern County Fire Department is investigating the cause of a Friday afternoon house fire in Taft.At about 3:30 p.m., the KCFD received a report of an abandoned single-family house fire in the 100 block of Rose Avenue, a KCFD release said.
