Suspect in Ingram murder investigation appears in court
The woman accused of killing a local chef in southwest Bakersfield made her first appearance in court Monday afternoon. Michaele Bowers, 49, was charged with first-degree murder. She is suspected of killing 51-year-old Raymond Ingram, the owner of J's Plac Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
