Strong winds cause damages and power outages across Kern County

The storm and strong winds affected damages and power outages across Kern County Saturday. A representative with PG&E 632 people were affected by power outages and crews were working all day to restore it. The strong winds also knocked down trees causing damages to some resident's belongings. Richard Castanos was asleep when the strong winds knocked down a tree outside his home.
