ShotSpotter helps lead officers to man injured in shooting

Police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound on the 1100 block of L Street late Saturday night. Officers said they received a ShotSpotter alert around 10:30 p. m. and when they arrived they found the man with a single gunshot wound. The man was taken to the hospital with injuries described as "moderate. " Officers also found further evidence related to the shooting and are continuing to investigate.
