Shafter woman found incompetent to stand trial in death of her newborn son
A Shafter woman charged with murder in the death of her newborn baby has been found incompetent to stand trial and criminal proceedings against her have been suspended.Elvira Farias, 27, will be transferred to Patton State Hospital following Judge Colette M.
