Save Mart, owner of most of East Hills Mall, mulls a sale

Modesto-based Save Mart Supermarkets, which has worked with Bakersfield developer Clyde Barbeau to buy up all but one building at East Hills Mall, is mulling a sale of the property, a real estate official with ties to the group said Tuesday.The company gained a major presence in the city’s Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
