
More than two dozen rural homes have been evacuated as firefighters try to stop the spread of the Charlie Fire north of Los Angeles. Officials say Sunday that flames have chewed through more than 5 square miles (13 square kilometers) of brush and timber in canyons near Castaic. It's just 10 percent contained after breaking out for unknown reasons Saturday afternoon. So far the fire has burned 3,380 acres, according to Cal Fire. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
