Ridgecrest police: Man arrested for wife’s murder

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Police in Ridgecrest said Monday a man has been arrested for allegedly murdering his wife. The woman, whose name was withheld, was found dead Saturday at a home on North Scott Street. Police said they “were able to uncover significant information” to implicate 41-year-old William Fordham in the murder, but specifics weren’t provided. Police also didn’t comment on a suspected motive. Kern County jail records show Fordham was booked into jail Sunday morning. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
