Ride-share options available on New Year's Eve

As many prepare to ring in the New Year, the Highway Patrol is reminding drivers not to get behind the wheel if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bakersfield Police Department and California Highway Patrol are enforcing the Drive Sober of Get Pulled Over Campaign which started Dec. 14 and runs through Jan. 1.
