Police searching for missing at-risk teen

Police in Bakersfield need help in finding a missing at-risk teen aged girl. Police said 16-year-old Paulina Otanez was last seen around 8:30 a. m. on Nov. 1 on the 1000 block of Baldwin Farms Drive while walking to school.
