Police locate mother of boy found alone at Ohio JC Penney during Black Friday

SYMMES TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) — Police have located the mother of a little boy found wandering alone in a JC Penney store. Quincy was found alone at the store around 12:10 a. m. Deputies spent several hours working to locate his parents. Deputies believe Quincy is 3 or 4 years old. He's 2'6", 35 pounds. He's wearing a Hot Wheels t-shirt, a black jacket with red and white stripes, jeans and black Nike shoes. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
