Police: Man shot, killed at Flower and King streets

Police say a man was fatally shot Monday morning at Flower and King streets in northeast Bakersfield.Jefferson Elementary School is open despite the nearby shooting. District officials are asking students to come through the back entrance.This is breaking Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
