Passenger dies following crash in Maricopa Sunday

A 70-year-old woman died Sunday after she was involved in a crash on Highway 33 in Maricopa.Denise Karen Dye, of Bakersfield, was pronounced dead at Kern Medical Center about two hours after the 10:55 a.m. crash, a coroner’s office release said.
