Parents Of Transgender Student File Lawsuit
Parents of a transgender student filed a lawsuit against Heritage Oak Private School in Yorba Linda because they say the school denied 8-year-old Nicole Brarfrom wearing a girl's uniform and required her to use the boys' restroom.
