California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation parole agents conduct compliance check as part of the 24th annualÂOperation Boo Child Safety Project on Halloween night. The project is conducted in order to ensure children in California have a safe trick-or-treat experience without any interference from sexual predators.Â
