One killed, another seriously injured after off-road vehicle catches fire
A 22-year-old man was killed Friday after the off-road vehicle he was traveling in caught fire and burned.James Martin Cleavenger, of Oxnard, died at the scene of the 4:37 p.m. crash on Horse Canyon Road, about half a mile north of Highway 14, according to a coroner’s office release.Cleavenger, Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
