One arrested for allegedly setting fire to vacant house

An arrest has been made after a vacant house was intentionally set on fire early Monday in southeast Bakersfield.Bakersfield firefighters said one person was arrested in the 3:21 a.m. blaze in the 800 block of South Union Avenue.
