Officers shoot shotgun-wielding suspect in Rosamond

Kern County Sheriffs deputies gunned down a 32-year old man early Monday morning in Rosamond after he brandished a shotgun at them, sheriffs officials said.The suspect, Samuel Johnson, is expected to survive, Kern County Sheriffs Office Public Information Officer Ray Pruitt said in a statement.
