Officer involved in south Bakersfield OIS identified as Bakersfield Police Chief's son
The Bakersfield Police Department has identified the officer who was involved in the south Bakersfield Officer Involved Shooting as Officer Warren Martin. Officer Martin is the son of Bakersfield Police Chief Lyle Martin. Chief Martin has been made aware o Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
