North Kern State Prison inmate captured
The inmate who had walked away from the North Kern State Prison earlier this month has been captured. Daniel Lucas Salizar, 31, originally walked away from the prison back on Nov. 3. Authorities were able to capture Salizar in Sonora on Nov. 24.Salizar was Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
