Name released for bystander killed in shooting

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The name of a bystander killed in a shooting last week has been released. The Kern County coroner’s office on Monday said 57-year-old Manuel Sanchez Figueroa was killed the afternoon of Feb. 14 at Haley and Quincy streets. Two other men were shot and wounded in the incident. Their names haven’t been released. Police said a conflict arose between two groups at an apartment complex.
