NW Bakersfield day care provider arrested on allegations of child cruelty

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - A woman who runs a home day care in Northwest Bakersfield was arrested Monday, on allegations of willful cruelty to a child. A man called the Kern County Sheriff's Office on Friday, claiming his live-in ex-girlfriend, who operates a licensed day care on Randall Street, was violent to a child in her care.
