Mom suspected in abduction is arrested, children found

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – A mother has been arrested on suspicion of abducting her children. Zachiah Pratt, 21, who does not have custodial rights, was booked into Kern County jail early Wednesday. The children have also been found, according to Sheriff’s Office Lt. Doug Sword.
