Marijuana dispensaries appealing to Board of Supervisors for deadline extension
The battle over medical marijuana is once again heating up in Kern County. On Tuesday, a group of six marijuana dispensaries will go in front of the Board of Supervisors asking them to extend a May 24 deadline that was supposed to see them permanently shut their doors.
