Man who died after being pulled from lake has been identified

A Bakersfield man who died after going under the water at Buena Vista Lake Sunday has been identified as Franklin Enmanuel Perez Yanes, according to a coroner’s office release.The 21-year-old was pulled from the lake after witnesses saw him go under at 4:44 p.m., the release said.
