Man who bit K-9 officer arraigned on Friday
The man accused of biting a K-9 officer appeared before a judge Friday.Jarred Allen, 41, was arrested Tuesday for on suspicion of burglary, grand theft auto, evading, resisting arrest with violence and other charges.He pleaded not guilty on all charges. Al Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
