Man shot, injured outside south Bakersfield market

Police in Bakersfield are investigating a shooting in south Bakersfield that left one man injured Tuesday night. Officers said they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound around 8 p. m. outside of the Hollywood Super Market on East Planz Road. The man was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
