Man sentenced in 2015 murder

A man was sentenced Wednesday morning to 55 years to life in prison, plus 28 years.Monty Embry shot 36-year-old Darrelle Rashad Robertson in June 2015 in an alley off Dolores Street. Embry was later arrested at a casino in San Jose.Embry was convicted last Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
