Man's body pulled from Kern River
Search-and-rescue volunteers found a man's body Monday afternoon in the Kern River near Hart Park. Family members confirmed to Eyewitness News that the body is that of 30-year-old Frank Davis, who went missing Saturday in the river.Neither the Sheriff's Of Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
