Man hailed as hero in coffee shop attack: ‘I could not just let her die’

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – A man is in the hospital recovering from multiple stab wounds after jumping in to help a woman getting attacked by a machete-wielding man.
