Man dies following beating on Union Avenue
A 60-year-old man who was beaten last week has died, according to a coroner’s office news release.Michael Edwin Parham, of Bakersfield, was involved in an altercation and beaten Feb. 23 in the 1600 block of Union Avenue, the news release said.
