Man arrested at border in 2014 slaying

A suspect has been arrested in the case of a man found fatally shot in an orchard near the Bena Landfill two years ago, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday.Juan Lopez, 32, was arrested at the California-Mexico border just a couple weeks after an arrest warrant was issued for him.
