Man Tied To Sw Bksfd Swat Standoff Arrested
Bakersfield Police officials have arrested the man who was connected to the SWATcallouton February19th.
BPD officials said on Wednesday, at around 12:25 a.m. a resident in the 3000 block ofPecangroveDr. called police reporting there was a subject on his roof.
