Man Pulled From South Bakersfield Canal
Bakersfield firefightersrescued a man trapped in a south Bakersfield canal shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday evening. BFD says the man was riding his bike along the canal near S. H Street and Berkshire rd when he fell into the water. He was pulled from the canal, and was taken into an ambulance as a precaution. It's unclear what extent of injuries they man may have suffered.
