Local soon-to-be Eagle Scout installs misting system for shelter animals
Since July of 2017, Danny Loman, 15, has been working on his Eagle Scout Project. This month he completed a project of installing a misting system for the livestock at Kern County Animal Services. Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
