Local political leaders react to Kavanaugh confirmation

Just before one o'clock this afternoon, the Senate voted to confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court after months of partisan debate. The bitter confirmation process has stirred up lots of emotion from political camps on either side of the aisle, both in Washington and, also, right here in Kern County. "I'm very disappointed.
