Local Man Raising Money For Paralyzed Girlfriend
Derek Adams is from Bakersfield who is doing inspirational things for his girlfriend,Leia. Leiawas in an accident which caused her to be paralyzed from her chest down with little to no movement. He is now raising money for therapy that would bring movement back into her body again. 23ABC's Adam Bowles has the story.
