Kern County is seeing record number of voter registrations

As the online voter registration deadline ends, the county elections statistics are showing record registration numbers. The County Elections Division lists the number of voter registrations dating as far back as 1992. According to the statistics, this mid-term election has had the highest number of new voter registrations since it began keeping track. That does not include the voter registrations for October.
