Kern County has mixed feelings about McCarthy's border wall funding bill

S. - Mexico border Wednesday, just days--or possibly hours--before he plans to introduce a bill to fully fund a border wall. The "Build the Wall, Enforce the Law" act would fund President Trump's campaign promise since day one, to the tune of $23. 4 billion. Congress has already given $1. 6 billion.
