Kern County Superior Court finds CDCR policy discriminated against pregnant officer

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - The Kern County Superior Court issued a temporary injunction against California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, finding their policy to not accommodate a pregnant officer with less strenuous work to be illegal and discriminatory.
