Kavanaugh tears up, says he's not letting 'false accusations drive us out of this process'

(SBG) - Supreme Court justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh appeared to tear up when asked by Fox News host Martha MacCallum if he and his wife ever considered relinquishing the seat to to the top court due to the allegations and the vehemence of the situation.
