KCSO seeks help in solving 2016 murder

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The Kern County Sheriff's Office on Friday asked for help in solving a nearly two-year-old murder. Brandon Fanning, 21, was shot in November 2016 around Miller and Pearl streets. No arrests have yet been made.
